Location: 16338 N Il Hwy 37, Mt Vernon, IL  62864

Full-Time – 36 hours per week. Duties include providing on-call crisis intervention, response to crisis calls/Call4Calm call, and participate in a Mobile Crisis Response team.  Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent. Previous experience preferred in the area of crisis intervention but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written skills. Must have lived experience in mental health and/or substance abuse and are linguistically/culturally familiar with Jefferson County. Ability to work well with other agencies. Must have transportation with appropriate vehicle insurance. Other qualifications as required by funders.  Must meet the qualifications for a Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) or be capable of pursing the CRSS credential within a year of hire. EOE.
