Must have High School Diploma or GED. Must have successful work experience in the service of people with disabilities and working in the detail industry. Position demands personnel management skills as well as communitive and organizational ability. Valid Illinois Driver’s license and history of responsible driving. Must pass screening through the Uniform Conviction Information System and Nurses Aid Registry. Duties include but are not limited to: On a daily basis, supervise, monitor, role play proper protocol in all detailing aspects of cleaning vehicles, grounds, equipment and vehicles as assigned. Teach clients techniques to ensure all procedures are followed and quality is maintained. This position will require being on your feet throughout the day supervising and some sedentary work charting goals, time sheets and ordering supplies. EOE
